By creating an account or using Smart Comparing, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with these terms.

We may improve or update the product over time, and when those changes affect how the service works, we should reflect that in the terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

You must not use Smart Comparing to impersonate others, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.

Paid subscriptions are handled through our billing provider. If you subscribe to Premium, your plan renews according to the billing interval you choose unless you cancel.

If you already have a subscription, billing changes and payment details are managed through the customer billing portal connected to your account.

Please use Smart Comparing in a lawful, respectful way. Do not attempt to abuse the service, scrape private data, bypass limits, or disrupt access for other users.

We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the product, our users, or the business.
